Quality Education Fund e-Learning Ancillary Facilities Programme
Funded Projects

To support and promote e-learning, the Quality Education Fund (QEF) has allocated $500 million to set up the "e-Learning Ancillary Facilities Programme" with the aim to providing quality e-Learning ancillary facilities to schools through fostering in-depth collaboration between the school sector, tertiary institutions, educational and professional organisations as well as the business sector. As a collaborative partner of the Programme, the Hong Kong Education City (EdCity) will provide measures to promote, disseminate and support the projects.

​Twenty-two successful projects funded by QEF have started their development work. The contents of these projects are diversified. The platforms and e-learning resources so developed will cover different subjects with the deployment of various innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance learning and teaching. The target beneficiaries cover secondary, primary and kindergarten students, as well as students with special education needs. Members of the community can understand more about the projects through the introductory videos provided below.

When the project deliverables are launched, EdCity will upload them to facilitate the education sector and relevant stakeholders to access and use the deliverables.
